Ingrid Kjelstad spent nine years running remodeling jobs for other builders before starting Kjelstad Basements. The team focuses on the parts of a basement project that carry the most consequence: moisture, permits, egress, mechanical access, and the sequence behind the finished walls.
Every basement gets a permit. We meet the inspector at every inspection. At the end, you get the signed-off permit with your drawings and paint colors.
